She's not exactly sure what his deal is, and he doesn't exactly seem willing to share, though. Eventually discovering his secret doesn't stop her from inviting him to come along to her parents' house as her fake boyfriend. Bucky can't seem to stay away from the pretty brunette with the big eyes, not even when spending time with her means meeting her parents before he's even kissed her.

The team doesn’t arrive on time, and Darcy and Bucky go through with the wipe, using the chair to remove all the Hydra programming and Bucky’s memories, but an unexpected power surge mid-process throws a wrench in their plans. Now they’re still on the run, this time with a whole new set of complications. An alternate ending to Order of Operations.

Summary
Darcy was nice. Sergeant Barnes was quiet (and a little moody) but mostly also nice. It sounded like they’d had a very romantic and private wedding.
Bernard was sure they hadn’t had time to fill out forms SRT-932-A parts 1-7 or HGE-324-C to declare their new relationship status at work. He'd take care of it. He could also update their state and withholding paperwork for them.
Considering how busy they both were, it was really the least he could do. They both did so much for other people. They deserved some help every now and then.

During an attack on the Tower, Steve Rogers makes a desperate decision to reassign a newly reacquired and reprogrammed Bucky Barnes to keep Darcy safe and Bucky out of Hydra’s hands. But when the Tower collapses only minutes later with the rest of the Avengers still inside, Darcy suddenly finds herself on the run with a dangerous man she doesn’t know who claims he’s willing to follow her orders.
Now, she wants revenge on Hydra for her murdered friends, to find out why her new partner-in-crime is getting more sarcastic by the day, and a goddamn latte.
