To help his men and the town's people suffering from diarrhoeic disease while being partially besieged by the Allies, Dietrich decides to take the only possible method to get through the enemy lines to a field hospital undetected. Dressing as a Bedouin and riding on horse back, he crosses the desert to the closest neutral field hospital in the area to retrieve the direly needed antibiotics for his men and the town's people whose Sheikh has granted him an outfit and a reliable Arab horse for the mission.Series
