“Prioritize over what?” Kaveh asks, trying to stay as patient as he can.
Al-Haitham blinks. “Mmh,” he hums, then laughs softly to himself, ducking his head down to his chest. It’s a gentle thing — almost delicate. Kaveh hasn’t seen him do that in… a long time. “I think if I start talking, I won’t be able to stop.”
kaveh knows, on some level, that decay is not supposed to last this long

Kaveh held out his phone. Cyno and Tighnari leaned over until the sides of their heads were touching as they read the message.
Tighnari jerked away. “Al-Haitham sent you that?”
“I didn’t know he had it in him,” said Cyno.
“Had what?”
“A charitable soul.”
Kaveh needs a place to stay senior year of college and Al-Haitham has an open spot.

Summary
The age-old tactic of barricading yourself in a 1x2 hole in the ground is a good last resort when you're overwhelmed by mobs. A final effort to make it through the night. Tried and true.
But it turns out, fitting into such a limited space with another person is a bit more tricky.
During the one night Bdubs can't find his bed to skip to the morning, he and Etho find that out the hard way.

Summary
Those familiar green eyes that hold so much warmth and so much mischief are round with shock, and he’s— oh, Grian stifles a laugh, Scar’s dropped the spoon he was holding. Scar hastily tries to cover his mistake as it clatters on the faux-marble countertop, leaning on his forearm, blocking the spoon from Grian’s view. “Er. Come here often?”
Grian huffs, a quiet laugh shoved down the back of his throat. “First time, actually.”
“Oh, fantastic! I’ll make sure it's a good one,” Scar says, winking.
A GoodTime with Scar, Grian realises dimly. He feels his face beginning to heat up, but as Scar shifts Grian's pretty sure he hears the spoon fall on the floor, which breaks the spell somewhat. He does Scar the favour of pretending not to notice, mind racing. He's not sure what he can even say. What's going on? I’m so sorry? Where are we? Are you real?
Finally, he settles on: “I've been informed you’ve been letting cats into your kitchen."
grian is a strata manager and scar owns the cat café on the ground floor. but they remember the life series, and neither one knows if the other one knows what they know.

Summary
There, in the early morning sun, stands Scar—still shirtless, his back to Grian. His wings have dried out during the night, and Grian was right, those feathers need preening—but they're still stunning. Scar’s wings are massive, his wingspan stretching out what looks like almost twice his length.
At first Grian thinks they're yellow, like a canary. There's a joke at the tip of his tongue. Then he steps closer and they shimmer golden underneath the light. Grian stares at them, fascinated.
“Damn,” he breathes out, and Scar startles and spins around. His wings get in the way and he stumbles, almost falling to the ground if it wasn’t for Grian holding him up.
“Oops,” Scar laughs sheepishly. “Hi, Grian.”
“Hi, Scar,” Grian smiles, exasperated but fond. “How are you feeling?”
“Better,” Scar says, and his wings slowly flex. “I, uh. Might have wrecked our home a bit. Thrown some furniture around. Accidentally. These are so unwieldy, I don’t know how you don’t walk around constantly knocking things over.”
“You mostly get used to it,” Grian says, amused.

Summary
Scar was tired he was cheated on, he was alone, and he is horrible at surviving alone. Well not completely alone, he has Jellie and he can always go talk to Pearl. If he needs to that is. He's fine alone, he is. He isn't jealous of the happy couples. He isn't jealous of Big B he isn't.
Jimmy wasn't used to having someone believe in him. He was used to being pushed aside and being told that he needed help. Yet, Tango trusts him, and believes in him so much. Maybe having a soulmate wasn't so bad.
Tango knew himself well, he was smart, and pretty funny he thinks. Possibly a little to quick to anger, so what. He also cares for people, and cares easily so. Don't think he will ever admit it easily but he thinks an exception can be made, for Jimmy.
Or I had an idea of what if the three of them got together after reading a fic (in the notes), and started to write what I have called the Jolly Rancher Trio au.

Scar was still numb to the feeling, because victory had never felt more like defeat, like devastation. His partner, his better half, the one who undeniably carried him through the game. Grian deserved to win. Scar never should've so much as raised a fist to him, he should've grabbed that sword when it kissed his throat and thrust it through his trachea before either of them could think twice.

Summary
Grian is a grown adult hermit with a stable adult life and mature adult thoughts. That's why it's more than a little embarrassing when he starts coughing up flowers every time he thinks of his best friend Scar. Everybody knows that Hanahaki disease is a teenage thing, right up there with acne, voice crackles and growth spurts. Fixing it is as easy (or as difficult) as resolving your feelings for your crush, but that usually requires actually talking to that person. Grian is bound and determined to do things the hard way.
(Or, the Hanahaki fic where nobody coughs blood, nobody dies, nobody is compelled to love anybody else, and Grian gets teased by all his friends about his crush.)

Tommy is a vigilante.
Which is much better than a hero in his opinion, he gets to commit crimes which is awesome. Those hero dudes have to help people and follow rules, but not Tommy. No, if Tommy wants to hit a random person, he can do that and he does pretty often.
Being a vigilante is pog.
Tommy likes to annoy people and commit crimes but that's okay because people love him anyway.
