Summary
In a city where heroes control the narrative, a winged vigilante (reader) controls the gaps.
They gets on the commission's radar as they dismantle trafficking rings and leaks things the commission buried long ago. Pro Hero Hawks is ordered to stop them while he's also given the mission to be recruited to infiltrate the League of Villains. Dabi is caught between boredom and burning the world down. He's found the variables to spice it up.
Three forces move closer: a hero on a tightening leash, a vigilante who refuses to wait for permission, and a villain who understands exactly how systems break.
Nothing burns clean forever.
TLDR: Are you tired of weak reader? This reader is a bonafide vigilante. Reader is getting on everyone's shit list, Dabi is living for the drama, Hawks is laying down the law while trying not to be swallowed up by it, and somehow, they've all trapped each other in the middle of it.

Izuku wants to cry. He’s so tired. So utterly and completely exhausted. His body hums with energy—itching and crawling and burning. He’s used to pain. Knows how to handle it and keep going with a smile because it’s just part of his life now. A blistering inconvenience, but one he has to live with. And it’s not like he’s about to let that stop him from becoming the number one hero. He’s stronger than this. He can fight the pain.
Izuku would do anything to help others, but accepting help himself is a little harder.
