Summary
Will’s stomach growled loudly. He scoffed, shaking the bitter taste away.
“Was that your stomach?” Mike asked, his voice lighter.
Will nodded, embarrassed. “Yeah, sorry, I get really hungry sometimes after these. Well,” he paused, the bitter taste refusing to leave his mouth, “after this specific type of nightmare, anyway.”

Set in the 18-month timeskip between seasons 4 and 5. Will's time in the Upside Down impacted him, and not just the monsters. His nightmares are sometimes just the normal horror of survival, of being hungry. Mike helps. -

Summary
“Well, I suppose I could show you the ropes.” He looked back up, “that is, if you don't mind learning how to dance at a gay bar.”
Mike had way too much to drink, which is why he felt no hesitation to say, “I would learn how to dance anywhere as long as it was with you.”

Summary
It's 1992, and Mike and Will are juniors in college and living together in a tiny NYC apartment. Life is great. It's everything Mike could ever want: his best friend, an incredible city, and the world at his fingertips. The only problem? He's in love with said best friend and has no idea how he could ever tell him.
Luckily for him, he's presented with an opportunity to get much closer to him every Friday night, as long as he promises not to get all weird after. How hard could that be?
Or: Mike and Will become friends with benefits and the universe laughs because they're both ridiculously in love with each other.

Summary
In the smoldering ruins of the MAC-Z, Will Byers unlocks a dark, latent power during a desperate bid to save his friends from certain death. In doing so, a door is opened that can never be shut.
Corruption creeps in with every use, twisting his mind and body, turning him into the perfect host for a monster that had claimed him as a child. Terrified he’s unraveling from the inside out, Will fights to hold on—even as the line between boy and monster begins to blur.
But there is one person who can see him, the real him. There is one person who still knows exactly who he is, and that person refuses to let him go.
Or: a story about power, possession, and devotion. A story where victory comes at a terrible cost, and a story where even in victory, the shadows in Hawkins hide something far, far worse.

Summary
“Just saying, if you’re taking another hit, you should share it with me,” Mike says, and Will slowly tilts his head, drinking in every word. “It just makes sense. Like, mathematically.”
Will’s reddened eyes narrow, bewildered. “Mathematically?”
“If there’s two hits left, we’d each only get one,” Mike explains. “But if we shotgunned, we’d both get two.” God, this is the best idea he’s had in ages. He should’ve stolen Will’s weed, like, months ago. “That’s like, bang for your buck. This is simple math, Will Byers. Keep up.”
In which it’s well past midnight in New York, Will can’t sleep, and Mike feels like they barely know each other anymore.
So, they get a little high. Mike is very normal about all of it.

Summary
After surviving monsters, mind flayers, and the Upside Down, the Party finally has time for something normal: weekly D&D.
What starts as harmless in-character banter between Tayr the Brave and Will the Wise turns into painfully obvious flirting, except neither of them realizes it’s real.
Everyone else at the table does, everyone else is suffering.Ancient magic, bad decisions, and one very ill-advised resurrection later, the line between game and reality disappears entirely.
