Summary
Damian’s amber eyes managed to gaze past the small metallic frame of a pistol being pointed at his jaw, and instead looked to the familiar girl who pointed it at him with trembling arms.
Her distinctive and all too familiar horns nestled on her pink locks that were messy and tangled with dirt and ash, flowing in front of her face which too was smeared with grime and the crimson tint of blood, marking a stark contrast between her pale skin and the filth that covered it. She didn’t fare much better than he did.
Her large emerald eyes held deep bags beneath them, but despite how bloodshot and exhausted they appeared, they were wide. Yet they weren’t locked on Damian, but instead on what he held in his hands.
A moldy lump of stale bread.
Anya’s stomach growled as her finger tightened over the trigger of the gun.
(Whether it's a maze of white walls, or the burning rubble of war, both condemn their victims to suffer as they are dragged further into the depths of agony. Both feel claustrophobic as corpses pile higher, suffocating those within. After all, There Are Two Types of Hell.)

Summary
Dazai absolutely can’t do this Port Mafia shit anymore. Odasaku asked him to go into the light, into the side of good, and for all hell, it was his dying wish. Record expunged, thanks to extorting Ango, a long conversation with The President, and a few hours of final considerations, Dazai is going to join the Armed Detective Agency. “If both sides are the same, become a good man.” has played on a loop in his mind for so long.
Should he have told Chuuya first? Before sneaking off into the night like a runaway teen? Probably. He’s not feeling guilty or anything though, of course. Dazai doesn’t experience guilt, right?
**Dazai joins the ADA and Chuuya hunts him down the night he leaves. This action changes everything for everyone involved.**
