This is a story in which Obi-Wan Kenobi is only three years older than Anakin Skywalker.
In this story, Obi-Wan is destined to be a Jedi, but spends his early life as a slave, not joining the Order until age 12.
He is raised by Anakin’s parents in the desert sands of Tatooine.
He is a padawan first to Dooku, then to Qui-Gon Jinn.
He becomes a Jedi Knight, Jedi Master, and a general, all by age 22.
He is the Chosen One, and at an age far too young, he becomes known as the, “Sith Killer.”(NOTE: I have stopped using block quotes)

What if Bren, after having his memories restored, was unable to escape the asylum? What if, instead, he was kept in Vergesson under Ikithon's spell, only able to try to break himself from it once every thirty days? The Mighty Nein proceed as they had, followed by the cat familiar that had helped Nott escape from a prison cell and stuck with her ever since. Somehow, they still end up Heroes of the Dynasty and winding up before Emperor Dwendal for stopping Obann's attack on Rexxentrum.
And Ikithon still sets off their creep radars.

"What makes you think that I am afraid?" Caleb asks.
Yasha falters again. "Oh well, I don't know. It's ok if you're not," she says. "It's just I don't like to sleep either."
She looks embarrassed and Caleb feels bad. He hadn't meant for that to happen, but he'd felt vulnerable, seen in a way he hadn't expected.
“I am afraid,” he admits. “Of course I am. Any time I close my eyes I see the flames, hear the screaming. I just… I did not think it was so obvious.”In which The Nein go to Vergesson to look at the beacon. But unlike in canon, this time Caleb accidentally gets kidnapped. Predictably, this fucks him up really badly, to the point where he's near catatonic. His recovery is uncertain and war between the Dynasty and the Empire looms on the horizon. The Nein must support Caleb while working through their own feelings about his kidnapping as they figure out what it is exactly they owe to each other.
