“Are you sure?” Rimmer asked incredulously, raising an eyebrow at the piece of paper that Lister was waving in front of him.
“For sure man,” Lister nodded. “Kryten said this was like… super urgent medical stuff. Top notch.”
“So you mean to tell me that if I show this to Kryten, he’ll agree?” Rimmer asked incredulously, snatching the paper from him.
“Oh totally. He says that this is super important and that I could die if you don’t do this. He’s like, freaking out man. We might have to replace his head again.”
“But a mandatory 30 minutes of physical contact per day?” Rimmer squeaked, shoulders bunching up by his ears in the way he always did when wound up with irritation. "That’s- that’s- ridiculous!”

“Why’dya always call me fat?”
“What?” Rimmer asked, looking up from where he was hunched over the table of the bunkroom, papers with astronavigation nonsense scattered about him. Lister met his gaze from where he was sprawled on the top bunk.
“I said why’dya always call me fat?” Lister repeated, rolling onto his side and propping himself up on an elbow.
“I do not,” Rimmer sniffed indignantly, turning back to his papers.
“You compared me to a hippo at least twice this week.”
“Yes, well, I can hardly be blamed when I’m forced to witness you trying to shovel as much curry down your gullet in one bite as possible. It’s inhuman.”
“It’s Tuesday.”
Rimmer has been making derogatory comments on Lister's weight for years. Lister finally confronts him as to why.
