Then came the cramps. Hot and painful. Liam felt nauseous, he felt it with every step. He felt how his stomach rolled and his hands shook— he was scared. He was so fucking scared.
There was no chance he would sit through a car journey. Being stuck in a moving vehicle, with no escape if he needed to spew, sounded absolutely hellish. Instead he continued to pace his driver's room, back and forth, back and forth, until his stomach twisted. He made a sound— something between a gasp and a sob, as he dashed to the nearest bathroom.
