Summary

Whatever, it’s not like them being there doesn’t make this situation suck any more than it already does. All they have to do is wait it out, and they’ll be back to normal and back to work in no time.

Aizawa thinks killing Todoroki Shouto is their ticket to taking down the biggest clan in town, so Katsuki gets all nice and dolled up to do what he does best. It’ll be a piece of cake, just like every other hunt, and they might even make him a ranger for it.
There’s only one problem.
Katsuki can’t do it.

Aizawa is clearly taking that in because for a long moment it’s silent and then “Hitoshi?”
“What he said,” Hitoshi finally mutters, because he’s tired and he can’t find the words anyway and Aizawa’s hand on his shoulder briefly tightens.
“Okay,” he says and when he offers nothing more a desperate laugh builds up in Hitoshi’s chest.

I’m gambling everything on my charming personality. Before these six weeks are over, I’m gonna make you like me. Then, like a grumpy-ass butterfly, I’m going to set you free, and you’re going to come back to me all on your own.”
Bakugou scoffed in disbelief and stared at Dabi for a solid moment before he broke into an abrupt harsh laugh. There was no humor to it. The sound was more outrage than anything else. “Oh my fucking god, you’re seriously crazy. You are bat shit fucking crazy. You’re out of your goddamn mind if you think I’ll ever fucking like you.”
“Oh, I know I’m crazy, Doll.” He took another slow drag, and pulled the joint away from his lips. Smoke curled around his face. His eyes gleamed with something sharp and calculating. “That’s what makes me so dangerous.” He grinned before he added, “but then, you like danger. Don’t you?”
