Another lightning tore through the sky, bathing the clearing in white-blue light and everyone tensed, chakra at the ready in the anticipation of the thunder. Tajima lifted his hand from the wet white hair and took a step back, counting in his head: one, two, three, four, five.
Six.
The thunder shook the skies.
Tobirama ran.
OR: Senju Butsuma giving his failure of a second son up for politics and the Uchiha having better morals than their sworn enemies. Tobirama has never been so scared in his life but then again, he could have figured it out that even in such terrible moments an Uchiha will be able to bamboozle the heck out of him. Tobirama would like to have his mother back, like, yesterday.

“Ordinarily, I would tell you that you should then act like an adult.” Tobirama crosses his arms, and he continues before Madara can shriek back at him. “But I can tell you are exhausted and you do not mean to be even more irritable than usual. No it is not pity, but I can tell when someone cannot read the words in front of them and is trying to cover it up.”
“How dare you.” Madara is practically shaking with anger. “How dare you imply that I am. That I'm."

“That's barbaric.” Madara says simply. “How can you be trusted to make those kind of decisions? Emotions are dangerous and people make poor decisions when they follow their heart like that.”
Hashirama freezes and blinks a few times before staring hard, as he processes the words Madara has said. “Are you saying Uchiha do arranged marriages all the time?”

Summary
There was little else to do but follow and so Madara did. He watched the spinning and the unnatural leg movements on the way there. How could anyone be that flexible? And strong, if the way he lifted himself from the ground meant anything. Madara hated to admit it but he was transfixed. He was so absorbed in watching this stranger’s movements that it took him way too long to realize it wasn’t a stranger at all. When the guy twisted in such a way that his head fell back and his eyes met Madara’s, Madara could cackle in glee. Who would’ve thought he’d ever see Tobirama do something like this. He turned to Mr. Yazuki. “Is that offer for a room still open?” When the man laughed and said he’d take care of it, Madara suddenly hated this mission a lot less.
Tobirama was on a mission as an exotic dancer when Madara came across him. It stops being amusing when they realize their missions were more connected than they thought.
