D3rlord3 had not known what he had been doing when he bought that laptop. Opened that game. Played on that world. Solved those puzzles. Went through that gate.
Of course, his fate was decided long before then. Long before he went to college. Long before he graduated highschool. Long before he started elementary. Long before he was born. Long before he was even a concept in existence.
The King wanted him.
It always got what It wanted.
That didn't mean he couldn't express his thoughts on the matter as It humored his futile attempts to keep another from falling to this same cruel string of fate.

Great fic, it explores Gregory as an animatronic, Vanny and Vanessa as different people, and has a lot of twists and foreshadowing! I really enjoyed it.
