Summary
It has been exactly five years since the Red Continent fell to corruption. Exactly five years since any communication with their kingdoms, their Lords, went down and never went back up again.
It sould have been the end of things. End of Seeds, that stopped appearing right after.
It wasn't.
As the spread of coruption starts yet again, there doesn't seem to be any other choice but for Cielomort to travel back to that fallen continent, hoping to find the cure in the limited time he had been given, before the corruption takes over him as well.

It was an unusual one, as far as festivals went.
Merold used to feel bored by it in the past, a history recap for school kids that desperately needed to pass, talking about the Strawberry king, about the Lord, their divides and differences- only, then, someone had the brilliant idea to turn it into an opportunity. A marketing opportunity. And to Merold’s sheer annoyance, it worked.
On a lot of people, sure, but what was worse, on him as well.
Because wherever Melody merchandise was, he would be too.

In front of him, several pieces of crumpled parchment laid, as if mocking him. Beside him, a trashcan was already full, every single sheet with the exact same starting words, covered with scribbles, as if trying to erase them from existence.
How does one write to someone they haven’t seen for years? Whose relationship was left on a sour note after falling apart bit by bit for who knew how long?
It was one of the questions Merold didn’t have an answer to.

There is something about being caught.
The way your mind blanks, and you can just stay in place, mute. You can hear a high-pitched whistle and your own heartbeat, and when it finally registers, you start looking for excuses, stumbling your way with words, as the other person keeps on looking at you.
Merold’s eyes looked the same as ever; green and blank. Kurode swallowed around nothing, hoisting his bag higher on his back.
There were no excuses to be had. In fact, Kurode shouldn’t even be feeling guilty for leaving, and yet, he did. Merold’s eyes flicked over him to look around, at the mess of his room, at the lack of explanation, at everything and nothing that Kurode was leaving behind before turning back to him with zero expression.
He was leaving his brother, and now, looking straight at him, he only felt guilt.

Summary
Kanae was reincarnated six times. Six times he fell in love with the same person, only to become obsessed, possessive, set on to make sure that his beloved would forever love him, only him.
Kuzuha lived a long time, and over all those years, he fell in love only once. It didn't matter that Kanae didn't remember him, it didn't matter that every time he met him again, there was a high possibility he might end up locked up. The only thing that mattered in the end, was that Kanae would always take him in, accept him despite his flaws and needs.
