Seonghwa tried his best to focus his eyes back on him, whose sharp eyes now turned to the security guard sputtering in panic above them, “what happened to him??”
The guard looked bewildered, an unknowing answer to Hongjoong’s question dying on his lips as Seonghwa tried to speak, “s…s-" Seonghwa grit his teeth as he found that he was shaking too hard to form the word. When had he gotten so cold? So cold and so tired… He shut his eyes tightly and tried again, focusing, “Stabbed.”

Wooyoung doesn't pull away first, he's scared the moment he meets Hongjoong's eyes he's going to start sobbing uncontrollably. So he stays there, hiding his head in the crook of his neck, waiting for his emotions to balance themselves out again. On their own. Might take a while, but he's pretty comfortable anyway.
Then Seonghwa brushes the back of his head and calls him softly. It's something like "sweetheart, are you okay?" but Wooyoung can't be too sure, the world sounds underwater to him. But that's enough to make him crack.
Next thing he knows he's running to the bathroom.
