So like, Mori goes out of Japan with his executives for a bit. Yokohama has a border, HPSC unhappy on it. They think Mori is big bad leader, so with him gone, they jump Yokohama. Armed Detective Agency and Hunting Dogs fight them, but somehow lose. And THEEN the main PM goats return, and they’re all gonna fix this and get Yokohama back or so help them.
This is all for shits and giggles. I don’t know much on like a lotta stuff, and i think too much so now i have these weird prompts. This will probably delve deeper, and if i make a better summary then i’m goated. I also don’t know how to make fics, so this might just be uploaded like really shitty.

As if on cue, the vehicle’s door opened and the occupant stepped out. Chris once again ignored Carlos’ joke, too fixated on the window. Straightening his back and standing at attention, he prepared himself for a formal introduction to the one who would guide them into the city…and immediately felt his shoulders go slack again. The woman walking toward them couldn’t have been more than five and a half feet tall, but oh did she have a powerful stride. Her chocolate brown hair seemed to have streaks of gold intricately woven into each braid, pulled back into a ponytail with delicate green, yellow and red beads at the ends. Her hairdo was unique, but her eyes truly gave him pause–warm, sunny bright hazel beamed into his ocean blues to penetrate the murky water beneath them. Her purple tank top showed off strong shoulders and the well defined muscles in her upper arms, as well as a very interesting bright red tattoo–“shujaa.” She strode toward the duo with her chin up. Was she a commanding officer? She certainly walked with authority.Holy shit . Chris immediately snapped out of his stupor once he heard her smooth, deep voice greet him, blinking several times and barely stopping himself from shaking his head to clear it.
“Welcome to Africa, gentlemen,” the woman greeted as she addressed them both, holding out her hand to Chris first. “I’m Sheva Alomar.”
“Chris Redfield,” he greeted once he finally found his wits again.
Sheva then flashed him a warm smile and he almost lost it again. “Your reputation precedes you, Mr. Redfield, it’s an honor.”
“Hope mine hasn’t preceded me,” Carlos chuckled, reaching out to shake Sheva’s hand once she turned to him. Of course he had noticed his partner’s reaction to her, but he thought it best to keep his mouth shut at the moment.

Billy only touched with purpose.
He usually hid it fairly well, never came off as needy and never indicated that he was even desiring a touch-mate. While he was never the first to offer a handshake, he never turned them down unless intending to insult. Billy didn’t turn away from pats on the shoulder nor did he cringe away from bodies jostling against him. Really, the harmless social faux-pas might have gone unnoticed if not for one key piece of evidence: Billy Hargrove had a signature move.
It was a move he used from the very moment he showed up on the school grounds. It was a move he used whenever he had the chance and on all the girls he met - the girls that caught his eye and the ones he merely interacted with in class.
It seemed with any excuse he could find, Billy touched a girl’s face.
Or - Operating in a world where the first touch of a palm or shoulder - or lips - can bring about a remarkable change to a person’s life isn’t easy as many would like it to be. Especially when the change is often impossible to hide and always irrevocable.

Conventional wisdom has it that one should never be too purposeful in their touch. While one can avoid accidental brushes of skin to skin, one should not avoid the casual contacts the world has to offer - handshakes, high fives, and the brush of shoulders in a crowd. When a person avoids all casual touch, it implies two things - arrogance and fear. Arrogance that a person could dare to know better than fate, and fear that a touch-mate won’t fit the preconceived ideal filling their mind.Because western society is a fickle bitch, one also shouldn’t touch too much . Touching anyone at any opportunity reeks of desperation. It implies that the person who may become the other half of a matched pair doesn’t actually matter, that only the mere existence of the match is important.
Both ideals enforce a standard of behavior that is more like delicately balancing a stack of chinaware than it is living the messy thing called life . Operating in a world where the first touch of a palm or shoulder - or lips - can bring about such a remarkable change to a person’s life isn’t easy as many would like it to be. Especially when the change wrought is often impossible to hide and always irrevocable.
For good or ill.
Contrary to what the biggest entertainment companies push, touch-mates can be found at any age and in any circumstance. An elderly couple can meet for the first time on their deathbeds in a nursing home and find themselves matched. Babies brought together for a playdate can leave marks on each other's skin. Nurses, doctors, and first responders are all at risk for finding their touch-mate in the worst of circumstances - enough for laws to be written specifically about it. Contact sports usually have uniforms for those who wished to avoid meeting their touch-mate when adrenaline was running high on the court or field.
