Jason lets himself look at this Nico. This Nico can't mind—wouldn't mind—right? He's old and grey and he can't possibly care about the feelings of a twenty-seven year old kid who’s been dead for thirty years.
“I—” Jason falters. He feels a rush of pained gratitude for Nico’s husband, for the man who helped Nico’s eyes become so much warmer as he got older. “I wish I could thank him.”
Nico tilts his head. “Thank who?”
“Your—your husband,” Jason manages, his throat dry and sore, aching. “For taking care of you. For protecting you.” Jason ducks his head, unable to look Nico in the eyes anymore. “For making you happy.” The last part comes like it's wrenched from the back of his throat, whispered and strained. For making you happy when I never could.

Summary
Annabeth inherited her mother's ability to have children through strong mental connections. This leaves Annabeth and Percy with an unexpected surprise, that they decide to roll with as a welcome addition to their not-quite-retirement.
How will they endure the family drama that comes of this- both from their mortal family and their divine relatives? How about a perceived slight by a goddess? And, later, how will they cope with parenting half-bloods with two powerful gods' blood flowing through them, born of two legendary demigods? That sort of power comes with a lot of divine and monstrous shenanigans.
Thankfully, the couple is up to the task of dealing with all the consequences to their accidental mind-melding!
