Four had been having a perfectly lovely day. Sure it had been hot and humid the whole trek across the desert in Wild’s Hyrule. And sure, they had only just gotten to the Osias after the moon had gone down and the temperature plummeted with it. But hey! At least, they had gotten there! That was progress. Yeah, no. This day has sucked, Four could admit it. His feet were still burning from the hot sand, even though he had boots on. The skin on his nose was already starting to peel and everything felt hot and sticky. Oh Hylia, he hated this day.

Summary
Two days after the failed Extermination, Charlie and her crew have the hotel up and running.
Unfortunately, Heaven did not take too kindly to a sinner killing Adam, nor the fact that Lucifer had to get involved. He has been summoned to Heaven not by Sera, but by Michael.
Charlie has never seen her father so terrified in her life.
Something was not right with Heaven, that much she knew. Charlie glanced at the crumpled letter Lucifer had left behind, and felt dread grip her throat. What else was Heaven lying about?

When starting to read this story I didn't think I would cry. I had lightly cried at some stories before but not like this.I am openly weeping. The way it as written was just so beautiful and heartfelt. I never thought you could capture the experience of someone you love dying but you've gotten the closest I'll ever see. It hurt to read this final chapter. My heart aches and I am still crying as I write this. I don't know how you manage to make words so accurate and beautiful but you did. I'm so sorry for you loss. I know there's nothing that I can say to help it but I understand it. The whole chapter had tears running down my cheeks without stopping.I hope Morgan has peace now, wherever she is. Whether that be with the stars, in heaven, or anything, I hope she's happy. This chapter hit home to closely. This ending was so devastating but so perfect. There's no way to describe it. I hope Morgan and you find peace and happiness.

“It’s Lucifer now. Well, it has been for like ten thousand years– You know, the King of Hell, the Devil, the first fallen angel– yada yada…” He trailed off, grinning slightly, “It’s been common knowledge for a while now, or is it more difficult to remember things in your old age?” Lucifer joked, ignoring the fact that they were, in fact, the same age.
They stood in awkward silence for a while, probably just a few seconds but it felt like eons. Shit, Lucifer was supposed to be on his best behaviour, what if this was about the hotel– he might have just fucked Charlie’s chances.
“So…” Lucifer said awkwardly, breaking the silence when it had gone on too long, “Why am I here?”
Or
Lucifer is doing damage control after season two, trying to regain power. But his siblings have other ideas.
