Summary
Steve Harrington has spent the better part of the last five years knocking out hit after hit for the Assassin's Guild and becoming one of the most lethal agents in the business. After a series of unprecedented, wildly successful cases across the country, his boss pulls him off the active case roster for eight months. He's been keeping tabs on the Chicago Syndicate for years and has finally deemed Steve ready to take out their leader, The Sandman.
The only problem is that undercover agents have been able to turn up little to no information regarding The Sandman's identity. The only information the Guild has been able to dredge up is the name of one of their business fronts: a sophisticated private nightclub called Hellfire, and the name of its director, Syndicate member Eddie Munson.
or: Eddie is a low ranking member of the mafia and Steve is the assassin hired to kill his boss.

“Hey guys, Kurstworld here,” Kurt greets their audience with a peace sign, a little over a thousand people immediately joining the livestream. He turns the laptop a little to the left, and there, next to him, wearing nothing but his collar, blindfold and gag combo, is Eddie Munson. Kurt's toy. Breathing heavily and sweating already, because although the livestream just started, Kurt’s been playing with him long before that.

Summary
Steve sighs, like he’s trying to laugh but he can’t quite manage it. “I’m sorry, man,” he says too lightly, “gonna need you to drive for a bit. I know it’s not part of the plan, but hey.” He gets out a laugh now, but all it does is set Eddie’s teeth on edge. “Henderson said you’re good at—what’s it called, in your game? Improv?”
And Eddie hates it, hates how soft Steve’s voice is, hates how the conversation is so clearly a distraction, a last ditch attempt at protection from… he doesn’t know. He doesn’t want to know.
