Summary
Obito arranges Kakashi’s head on his pillow, brushing the shaggy fringe from his eyes and plucking several stray dog hairs from the fabric of the pillow with a frown. He looks down at Kakashi’s body and thinks for a second about draping a blanket over him, but decides against it.
It’s a warm night in Konoha, and Obito’s view is much better unobstructed.

An overworked, exhausted Kakashi uses a jutsu to get some sleep. Obito takes advantage of his relaxed state.
