Summary
After the defeat of Gabriel Agreste and the disappearance of the mysterious peacock miraculous user, Marinette is left to try her best as Guardian and pick up the pieces. With the kwamis left in hibernation, no leads on the missing peacock miraculous, and no way to contact her beloved partner, she's left to her wit's end on where to proceed.
That is, until the prime suspect of the peacock wielder coincidentally takes up an apprenticeship at her parents' bakery. Adrien Agreste, son of Hawkmoth, has seemingly planted his roots in her home while Marinette was away for an apprenticeship. This could either be a disaster in the making, or the perfect opportunity to retrieve the missing miraculous... either way, it's war.
At least, it would be, if the gosh darn villain weren't so sweet!

Summary
Aziraphale has a sudden whim to surprise his husband with a birthday cake. It's not technically his birthday, but honestly, who cares about technicalities at this point? The angel mostly uses this as an excuse to find new ways to show appreciation to Crowley anyway.
Or, Crowley becomes the first ever demon to get a dazzlement of the birthday variety. The logic surrounding this situation may be flawed a bit, but Crowley can't help but be touched by the gesture. He finds himself quickly adapting to the notion that today must apparently be his not-quite birthday of sorts for now on, if only because Aziraphale decided it so.

Crowley gets inconveniently discorporated. And it’s not like it’s ever been easy to get a new body, but this time around, things really aren’t looking good. His new innuendo-obsessed lust-demon of a coworker honestly isn’t helping things.
Meanwhile, Aziraphale has a dead body to contend with, and an occult mortician & his very normal daughter to fend off. What lengths will he go to in order to get Crowley back to Earth?

There were all these little hopes and musings Crowley buried so deep in his heart it ached to bring them out into the light to catalogue their faults and flaws, and each time Aziraphale sought him out, or asked his opinion on some weighty manner that was hanging on him, or even just smiled, those little wishings grew bigger and bigger, pressing in on him until he felt as if he was being crushed.
“Princes do not fall in love with gardener boys,” he told himself one night, staring into the shard of looking glass he kept on a shelf, hoping it would help, hoping that hearing it out loud would make him believe it, would help him put all these ridiculous notions behind him.
It didn't work.
Crowley and Aziraphale, the gardener's boy and the prince, meet as children and develop an unlikely friendship.
By the time they're twenty, everything has changed.

“Big black one. Red belly,” Aziraphale tickled his own middle and giggled again. Crowley rolled to sitting.
“Listen you—sober a little, you’re a mess, yeh?” He shook his hair back from where it kept creeping into his line of sight. “Before snake. I had a before-snake moment. And anyway, I remember all the angel stuff well enough.”Or: Drunk decisions get drunk results.
