A hundred years into the future and Link’s genes seemed to be quite strong. How many generations would that be? He would most likely no longer be around, but his child may be, and this could be his grandchild. That is of course assuming that Link and his child would live the average lifespan of a normal hylian, but with Link’s genetic differences, however small, that average might not be applicable. That being said, with his name being Link, he could have been named in honor of a late grandparent.
Or: Zelda and her father find themselves a hundred years into the future and meet Link's... grandchild?

Alternatively: Kaeya discovers that there is a warrant out for Diluc's arrest in Snezhnaya and promptly leaves Mondstadt to bring Diluc home. Oh, and Childe is there.
