Shinobi have few boundaries. The nature of their work is often the unpleasant tasks all other warriors refuse. Missions, however? Missions are essential. A shinobi breaking their word deliberately while completing a mission contract is tantamount to social suicide. No contact wants to hire a shinobi clan who breaks their agreements frivolously.
