This can’t turn out the same way, Jinx has to stop her. She watches as Isha grabs her gun and as quickly as she can, Jinx rises from her knees and stumbles into a run. It feels like no matter how fast she goes, Jinx can’t stop Isha from her sacrifice. Wasn’t it just a moment ago they were playing around? When did they get here? Why can’t Jinx reach her like she used to? When did Isha grow so far away?
“Isha!” Jinx cries out desperately, and as Isha turns her attention Jinx’s way, raising her hand in a mock gun motion, letting out a soft ‘Pew’ in the same way Jinx had done so months prior, a goodbye smile graces her lips as she raises the gun Vander’s way.
No matter how hard she tries, Jinx can do nothing but watch whilst being shoved away from the blast by her older sister, whom she had forgotten was even there.
