Summary
“Whoa!” May stumbled to the side and bumped into the bottom corner of a one of her favourite pictures of all five Parkers before life struck and they were thrust into the life of a family of three. “Shit!” she exclaimed as she fumbled and tried to stop it from falling, but no such luck.
“May?” Peter called out as he stepped out of his bedroom to the sound of glass breaking. “Are you o—?” He saw her leaning against the wall, clutching her now tender elbow and rushed toward her. “May?! What happened?”
“STOP!” No way was May letting Peter get cut because of her clumsiness. She put her hand out to stop Peter’s advance before he could get hurt. “Don’t come out here! There’s glass everywhere and you’re barefoot! Now please, let me take a breath and then I’ll get this taken care of.”
Peter’s brow furrowed in concern and confusion. “Take a breath? May?” Peter noted that she looked more than a little pale. Something was wrong, and he didn’t need his spidey-senses to tell him that."

Tony raked his hands through his hair, settling his phone back into his pocket. He was overthinking, if there was something wrong with Peter then FRIDAY would have alerted him. Or Peter would have called him.
Maybe Peter was avoiding him. Maybe Peter picked up on his weird behavior and was bothered by it. Maybe he’d heard Happy or Rhodey saying something about it.
Or maybe Peter was sick of him.
Tony forced himself up from the bed, glancing at the clock on the wall with a sigh. He’d attend this last meeting and then he’d stalk Peter.
(Or: Peter gets hurt while Tony's on a business trip, and Tony comes home to take care of him.)

Summary
It's been a rough few years since everyone's memories of him were wiped but Peter's finally starting to get back on his feet.
His life might not be the impressive one that everyone had once envisioned for him but he has a job, a place to rest his head and at least a small amount of food in his stomach.
To get through it all though, he has had to fully cut out his past once and for all. No more keeping tabs on his friends, no more wishful dreams of a reunion with the Avengers. They need to live their lives and he needs to work on improving what little he has left of his.
But Peter soon has no choice but to deal with the people he has tried so hard to run from and it hurts in more ways than one.
He isn't sure which path he should choose now. Should he explain everything or cut them out all over again? Either choice will be painful and Peter's not sure he's strong enough to deal with the pain all over again.

Three months after his existence was erased, Peter Parker was not doing so well. His solace came from knowing that at the very least he had managed to save his city in the end.
Apparently, though, Peter realized as Doctor Strange explained to him that he had to give up even more, losing everything-and-then-some just wasn't enough.
OR
The multiverse continues to collapse in on itself. Doctor Strange discovers the source of the problem as Peter Parker. The only viable solution is to remove Peter from his original universe so that no more entities will be drawn to his presence there.
Peter is sent to a world that lost its Peter Parker, and finds himself lost in a sea of people he'd grieved who had all grieved him in kind.
