Summary
Diluc remembers little, if anything of his mother. The same of his father's face, but at least he knew what his father was like, how the rumble of his chest felt against his ear. But he knows nothing of his Mom. As a child, he'd ask Kaeya what his mom was like, even if kaeya had trouble answering it made him wonder...was his mom like that? Did she dress him in stupidly fancy clothes, run with him in the vineyards, anything at all?
However, he still has a whole attic to go through, at Adelinde's reminder and suggestion. Also, since when did Adelinde have gray hairs or such deep smile lines? "Nothing deserves to waste away collecting dust, right?" It's not like he'll recognize anything, but as he steps up into the hot gloomy atmosphere, it's hard to feel anything but ill.

Summary
Ajax needs a roommate soon and fast. Simple as that, He’s gonna be forced to find one so he can actually pay rent. Unfortunately for him, it's so much harder than he had thought. He goes to check his phone the next morning and sees a notification, From Diluc-fucking-Ragnvindr. To say his joy plummets would be an understatement. the guy with who he has had a rivalry, slash fight thing (?) since freshman year of high school.

Love was fickle. Love changed. Love was inconsistent. Love was conditional. Love was to be lost, as all things were; as he was and as he is. He was lost as a scared child and all he is now is a scared adult.
Yet Diluc has harbored a home in Ajax. And Ajax loves him with all that he is, even his scars beacuse no matter how “imperfect” or how “changed” it may be, it is loved by Ajax.
