Summary
It was years ago by now. When blinding classroom lights and loud kids and louder teachers yelling had all felt too much. When a hand reached out and grabbed Yuu, blonde hair like gold and soft like feathers.
Mika's voice was a memory, light, haunting Yuu in the same way it had probably haunted the former for years. Never fitting, never right, never what it should have been.
The last year was the first time it had ever belonged to the blonde, in the sense that he could finally accept it as his. But that wasn't the sound that came to Yuu's mind when he looked back at everything they had ever been.
What they almost were.
It was Mika all the same.

Summary
They're both stressed, if Yuu's being honest, and their ways of coping with that stress seem to differ.
Yuu just wanted to relax, play at being normal in a way he never got to experience. Mika wanted to keep planning, move on and face the danger they were in.
And Yuu's being a bit annoying on purpose, but Mika's getting controlling so it's not his fault he's retaliating.

Mika and Yuu argue so Yuu just turns Mika into a sword.

Summary
Dazai did not fear vampires. Despite what was said about them, he found it difficult to hate something he had never seen, something his faith was lacking in; they may not exist.
But if they did he wouldn't back away, wouldn't run. Far from it. Those fangs could sink into his skin: his wrists, his neck, anywhere. They could drink him dry, until he was nothing, until his vision was darkened and his mind was numbing.
Chuuya didn't know what to think when he saw it, the sight of blood on his wrists, dripping down, light red on the white floor. The stains smelt good, made his throat ache but he failed to move.
Dazai had to be insane, that was all that made sense, and the brunette was dragging Chuuya into something alien to him. A strange life that didn't seem possible just last week. When he was running, like he had been his whole life, like he was told he needed to.

Chuuya is a vampire and has just moved schools, when he meets Dazai, who's been looking for a vampire to assist him in something.

Summary
Bloodlust consumed Mika more than he wished it would. He's forced time and time again to take light sips from Yuu, from the only person he cares about.
And it's selfish, after all he swore, his promises to never let Yuu be used in the same way he naively was. Now, he's the one drinking, inflicting that strange, unnerving pleasure onto Yuu.
What's worse, is how comfortable Yuu is to hold Mika.

Takes place during the chapters where the Shinoa Squad stay at ferid's mansion, after Mika refuses to drink the cup of blood and Yuu instead offers himself.
Mika can't help but get upset over it all, over what he is now and breaks down while drinking in one of the spare bedrooms.

Yuichiro snorts, "Oh, it's another one of your hypothetical situations huh?"
"Shush," Mika lightly pulls on his hair, making Yuu dramatically wince. "Anyway, what if we… broke up?" Hesitance is clear in his voice as he asks this, he's already starting to regret it.
__Mikaela and Yuichiro are in a healthy, happy relationship. But some of Mika’s thoughts and actions get the best of him, Yuu notices and calls him out for it.

Mikaela, better known as Cupid, is tasked with bestowing love onto those who cannot find it themselves. Yu, the local mechanic in a small town, fits the bill. He's grimy and a bit calloused, but somewhere under there, Mika sees potential. He sees that Yu is in desperate need of his other half.
So, he aims to find Yu the perfect partner. But what Mika doesn't know is just how difficult a task that will be, and even worse; he doesn't realize just how hopelessly in love he can fall with Yu.

Yuu’s eyebrows furrow, full of compassion.
“I don’t want you to hold back, I want you to not be in pain."
OR: Mika denies himself blood, Yuu tries to get him to see reason. He offers his blood, his help, his heart. Anything to take Mika's pain away.
