Summary

Rosalia Serrano-Hatton is the cousin of the infamous Hunter Hatton, the son of two military officers who followed in their footsteps and became a military man himself at eighteen. Rosa on the other hand, became a raider, stole, fought and killed on a daily basis to survive because she didn’t trust the military making her relationship with her cousin rather complicated. Especially since whenever they saw each other in, they both had to turn a blind eye and the last time Rosa had seen him and his sidekick, Charlie, was a little over four years ago.
However, things have changed, more and more raiders are turning desperate for the need of supplies but one of the main opponents standing in their way are the monsters that invaded their world. The Butchers are what people in the Wastes have started to call them, a group of people that go around hunting monsters.
The world they live in is becoming more and more dangerous each day with the Butchers knocking on raider camps, demanding they either join or suffer the consequences, but Rosalia had more important things to worry about than some wannabees. There has been a beastie following her everywhere she went for the past two weeks.
