Summary
A century after the death of her beloved Aragorn, Arwen Undómiel is a queen in mourning, her immortality a source of profound sorrow as she watches the world of Men flourish without him.
She retreats to a fading Lothlórien, intending to die at Cerin Amroth.

Legolas has built a ship in a healing Ithilien, a vessel named Lómelindë, and offers Arwen a place aboard.
He explains that it is not a betrayal of her love for Aragorn, but a completion of her own path as an Elf. Arwen, accepting his offer, leaves her self-imposed exile and begins a slow journey of healing with Legolas and Gimli.
As they sail down the Anduin, she begins to find peace, realizing that her grief is a part of her story, but not the end of it.
The journey becomes a testament to the enduring bonds of friendship and the promise of new life, even in a world of fading light. -

Réussissant à faire sortir Aragorn de son palais pour un voyage diplomatique en compagnie de Gimli - comme au bon vieux temps -, le petit groupe est attaqué par une bande d'orques en exile qui parvient à blesser le souverain du Gondor...
