The sun beat down on the sand. It was a few years after The Scorch, and the desert had spiked up in heat. Even the terrain had changed; the beautiful oases dried up and the temperature was far too hot for most creatures to live. As a result, Lost Temple, or more specifically the True Eye, needed every inch of land they could find…
…even if that included pushing their borders into Blackrock.
