You know you're not supposed to go anywhere alone!"
"I haven't been suicidal for two weeks!" Leo forcefully countered, throwing his arms out in exasperation. He ignored a cat yokai and her parrot yokai friend who were eyeing him on their way into the restaurant, continuing in anger: "I don't even have any privacy when I use the bathroom! It's suffocating! I had to get out of there!"

Over the course of the next thousands of years the Imperials have build up a new civilisation that started with a giant tower of durable metal and an advanced tubing system, to a fully habitable zone. Unfortunately, due to the lack of proper planning at the start, it slowly turned into another wasteland. Air became toxic, an unfair ranking system was but up by the Imperials that never show themselves, unimportant people get thrown into the slums and are forced to work in the toxic plumes of the Industrial city to survive. The uncontrollable building lead to the once saviour for the people, to become the Industrial Hell.
