In this universe, Viskade is a book series that our Wilhelm, Crown Prince of Sweden, read and identified with in his youth. Wilhelm begins this story laid up, sick in bed, and decides to write and post a fanfic on AO3 about his favorite childhood book series Viskade and engage with his readers in the comments section.
