“Don’t ‘Hera’ me!” Hera pulled away from Kanan and jabbed her friend’s side with her pointer finger. “Benni likes you!”
“He does not,” Omega scoffed, dancing away from Hera’s fingers. She leaned against a locker, folded her arms. “He doesn’t even know me.”
Margaret Baxter (known by most everyone as ‘Omega’) is in her senior year of high school. She decides to celebrate the milestone by taking a risk and auditioning for the school production of Sleeping Beauty, somehow winning the role of Aurora.
But when she finds out one of the school’s biggest playboys and thief Benni Baro is vying for the role of Prince Philip just to get close to her, she takes another risk: getting to know him personally. One thing leads to another, and she’s sucked into a war between Benni’s world and her own, all while trying to navigate her bizarre hesitation with romance and solve a mystery tearing a rift through her family that dates back to before her birth.

Tech couldn’t find it in himself to say that he’d thought the same as he fell to what he’d been so sure would be his death. He couldn’t tell her that as he fell with the certainty that Omega would grow into an amazing person and his brothers would escape, the only ending that he could not find satisfaction with was his short-lived romance with Phee.

Phee wasn’t a particularly easy person to startle, but her shoulders flinched and her back unfurled quickly at the sound of Tech’s voice. Sure enough, she found him sitting in one of the three chairs of the hotel lobby, staring at her like she was the odd one here.
Nevermind the fact that she was freshly roused from sleep, bleary eyes and messy looking. Her locs were falling over her face and her shirt was wrinkled.
