Satoru and Yuuta swap souls and effectively change their bodies with each other. It’s temporary, obviously, but it’s still an eye opening experience.
Satoru really only agreed to this as a sort of back up plan for his impending fight with Sukuna. And Yuuta would obviously require some semblance of control in his body for the plan; hence the swap. Yuuta will effectively use his body as a weapon if the worse case scenario happens, and they need to prepare.
That should be the only reason for this momentary swap. Yet after only a few moments of living as Yuuta Okkotsu, a twisted desire to pop into Satoru’s mind.
He has a desire that involves Yuuta’s boyfriend, Yuuji.
Or
Satoru acts out his lust for Yuuji secretly and forces an unknowing Yuuji to cheat on his boyfriend.
