A comic-inspired universe. Similar events happened to that of 616. At this point in time, Peter has Parker Industries and is doing mostly well managing it... kinda...
Okay, he sucks, the company is slowly falling apart, and he's doing everything he can to keep it stable. Good old classic Parker luck. Thankfully, it manages to turn around when he finds a diamond, a very attractive mutant diamond known as Emma Frost.
With Frost International/The Hellfire Club and Parker Industries working together, the two CEO's being to bond with their shared hobby of punching bad guys in the face and fighting for what they believe is right. They become much closer than simply super business partners.

Summary
Basically this is Cherik getting back together after the infamous beach divorce, rather unwillingly by the kids. Charles discovers a sickness spreading throughout mutantkind, and must turn to his enemy.
Of course that’s not what happens at first, because neither of them are emotionally competent enough. They both are building their new lives, and failing to recover from losing the other.

Summary

Summary
The year is 1954. The discovery of abiogenesis, DNA and the double helix have made massive waves in the fields of biology and chemistry. Erik and Charles meet as young men attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, initially opposing one another on the Mutatis Mutandis panels.
Erik is an ex-Sonderkommando and Haganah veteran who fled to the USA after defecting at Sinai, versus Charles - a too-privileged-for-his-own-good trust-fund nepo baby with more depth and complexity than the former could ever truly comprehend. Raven is a "private investigator" in polite company, and a mercenary to everyone else. The CIA shows up to ruin everyone's day.
All of their lives are forever altered by these intersections. Lots of bickering, trauma, and yes, the overwhelming power of love. Follows Erik and Charles as they establish the Xavier Institute for Gifted Youth, and over time develop disparate views as Erik grows increasingly radical in his pursuit for mutant safety and Charles suffers a devastating injury at the behest of Sebastian Shaw.

I saw some fanart of Logan (2017) and got this idea. Combine two of my favorite franchises, X-Men and Last of Us.

Erik Lehnsherr is one of the 27 global population of D5s, hyper-dominants that can use vocal persuasion to make anyone, of any score, do anything.
Charles Xavier happens to be his generation's first recorded S1, a hyper-submissive and the only Indication capable of resisting a D5 and retaining their own agency. Some stories start out inevitable. And while there are sparks, there is also one small caveat:
Erik Lehnsherr is in a CIA detention facility after blowing up a government building, the Shaw Institute, in a terrorist attack and killing 10 scientists. Charles Xavier has been assigned by Moira MacTaggert as Erik's forensic psychiatrist during his trial.
