Summary
After the climate collapse, insects became the dominant species on the planet, developing intelligence due to rapid generational turnover and explosive population growth. Humans were forced to retreat into underground tunnels, old metro systems, and sewer networks. Insects reproduced so rapidly that many animal species gradually disappeared. This became a critical problem, as insects feed on mammals.
