Summary
It's time for Night City Medical's annual MASCAL (mass casualty) exercise. A biohazard scenario is sprung upon the staff, and they jump into action. Dr. Valerie has run several of these exercises over the past decade, so why is this one so much more difficult? Maybe it's because this time she'll be working alongside Nurse Álvarez - or maybe it's because they'll find themselves as surprise casualties during the ordeal.
