Even if Chuuya knew that going in, it still brings a grin to his face. He can do so much with a 300-305k budget, especially with his relatively simple list. He can go all out on the details and make sure they would want to stay.
It also gives Dazai a bigger pool to fish in, though. This area tends to stray in the 200k realm, so having something significantly below budget with room to upgrade might work in his favor. Not ideal, but it doesn’t take away from all that Chuuya can do here.
