Welcome to Hell's Gate City—a sprawling, Venice-inspired metropolis and the industrial heart of the Pride Ring. Nestled close to the murky waters of the Sea of Pride, this city thrives on pollution, crime, and the constant hum of towering factories. In its shadows, danger lurks at every corner.
At the heart of this infernal symphony is Kain Longheart, the Rhythm Demon. A tired, famed musician in Hell, also the producer and founder of Veildark Records, his own record label, But when whispers of a cursed melody start tormenting his ears again, Kain finds himself dragged into a deadly underground hunt for the recorder, a device containing the only audible fragment of the infernal melody.
Join Kain, his sharp-tongued crow companion Greasy, the rebellious Lenian Bloodbite, the eccentric gunsmith Rash, Sir Clockhauser, and many more of an original cast of characters as they navigate a hell where blood and jazz collide.
