Bruce is pretty sure a therapist wouldn't help his client synthesise the main compounds in chocolate at three in the morning. Just like he's pretty sure exposure therapy does not mean trolling cosmology conferences and hacking SHIELD's files about wormholes. And when they say pets help with anxiety, they don't mean pet Hulks. But hey, he did say he wasn't a therapist, didn't he?
Or, in which Bruce Banner knows about breathing exercises for panic attacks and grounding techniques for flashbacks, but as far as therapy goes, that's pretty much it. But if Tony refuses to get an actual therapist, he supposes they can make do with what they have.

"Suddenly this doesn't feel like a condemnation or a dismissal. This feels like an olive branch, a hand extended and if it isn't fucking terrifying Richie guesses it wouldn't be worth the effort of reaching for.
Stan's steps are getting fainter and it's this, not the idea of explaining himself, that heralds the bad feelings rising in him again, so Richie does what comes naturally. He forgoes thought and lets his body lead the charge. His animal instinct wants to follow Stan so he does."

While on an investigation, Aaron notices particularly gory wounds on Jay's forearm. Mistaking them for the work of a malevolent demonic entity and to Jay's horror, he calls over the entire crew to inspect what are actually fresh self-harm injuries. Feeling exposed to his closest friends and overwhelmed by all the yelling and cameras, he's triggered into a particularly horrific panic attack.
There seems to be only one person able to calm him. Luckily, Zak leads him outside and administers many grounding techniques to bring him back to reality. In Jay's hysterical state, he accidentally confesses more than he originally intended.

In which Shoto is sad and thinks how he loves Bakugou and Midoriya but thinks they only love each other. Shoto sits on the kitchen counter and heats and ice his tea as a therapy technique he learned and then he starts silently crying.
Midoriya comes and Shoto tries to hide his tears, but it's too late. Midoriya hugs him and then eventually leads him to his and Bakugou's room and Bakugou immediately becomes worried when he sees Shoto crying too and tells Shoto come here. Bakugou hugs SHoto on his bed and Midoriya says that they love him and Shoto says he loves them too but isn't sure if they're just saying that. Bakugou tells him that he knows that they don't say things they don't mean and Bakugou calls Shoto is sweet but very obvious or not subtle about his crush. They say they will go sleep now and then they will talk tomorrow about their relationship. Shoto kisses Bakugou's cheek and Bakugou kisses the top of Shoto's head.

Glass elevators, as it turns out, are not an ideal location for Dream to be in. Especially when they break down. Hob supports Dream through the resultant panic attack and flashbacks, and then holds Dream in his office.

"I – I can't," the other gasps, shaking harder. Dream drops his head against Hob's chest, and Hob brings his hand up to stroke his hair. They stand there for a few minutes, and Hob whispers soft nothings into Dream's ears but his friend's breathing doesn't ease, and his grip is so tight on Hob's shirt the threads are liable to disintegrate.
"Let's sit down," Hob says, and to his surprise Dream simply goes with the motion, lets Hob sit down and then maneuver Dream so that he's lying with his head against Hob's chest.

Sam comes to them with a case he's been following for years. A case he can't let go of and wants desperately to be a part of, so he convinces Cas to go undercover with him while Dean and Jess work as their Handlers on the outside.
It's a world unlike anything Sam's ever experienced, and even Cas is having difficulty adjusting to it.
The events of the last year are still lurking, and new stresses take their toll on everyone involved as they try to bring down an organization so much bigger than any of them realized.
