“Great. Get home and get us some help, yeah?” Maki says in a way that makes Yuuji think that maybe she really does believe in them.
Unfortunately for Maki, that belief was misplaced. As soon as the squad splits and Maki is out of hearing range, Nobara whispers to Yuuji.
“So, you know how to get back right?”
Yuuji and Nobara look around at the unfamiliar flora, which is rapidly starting to look the same.
