Summary
Alfred used to be quite content with his life as Professor Abronsius' research assistant.
He may have to carry heavy bags daily, accompany the professor 24/7 and tend to his every need but other than that, he's doing pretty well.
He has food. He has a place to sleep.
That's everything important really.
Abronsius, being now fixated on proving the existence of Vampires, decided to take him along to a trip to the Transylvanian Alps, where he madly falls in love with Sarah, the daughter of the innkeeper who offered them a place to stay.
Sarah is, however, severely overprotected by her father and her greatest wish is to be free and see what life has to offer.
Alfred wants to give her what her heart desires.
But, can he really?
Despite him being worked like a servant every day, he still doesn't want to admit, that he may be just as trapped in life, as Sarah is in her home.
It is clear that something has to change in both of their lives for this romance to work out.

Summary
A Tanz der Vampire/Dance of the Vampires/Fearless Vampire Killers and Les Miserables crossover... sort of! Not exactly. The ideas/plotlines are very similar. Some liberties are being taken.
Basically, Enjolras and Marius are academics/vampire hunters. They have heard of a castle atop a mountain where the owner is a vampire (and lives with many other vampires). They want to find them, do some research, and kill them. Well, Enjolras wants to, anyway. Eponine is the daughter of innkeepers at the base of the mountain, and her fascination with the vampires took her to the castle and turned into one, herself. Valjean and Cosette are travelers who love to follow the next adventure, and are visiting the inn one night, and overhear Enjolras and Marius' plans to visit the castle. Marius falls in love with Cosette at the inn the night before they are to trek up the mountain. Valjean and Cosette are curious about the vampires too, and sneak off to go see for themselves. Enjolras and Marius go on their journey as planned. Javert and his servant Rivette welcome new guests to the castle.

Summary
Just a scene I wrote a long time ago. It's meant to take place after Sarah turns while Alfred and the professor are attempting to rescue her. For some reason I always took it as a given that she'd have killed the professor but left Alfred barely alive and Herbert would have gone and found him at some point.
Was hoping to fit it into my other story for this fandom at some point (and still may) but I figured that this fandom can use all the new material it can get.
