Death Before Inaction
AU premise: BAMF and genius Peter "I'm not a superhero" Parker is the first superhero, starting at the ripe age of 13 (everyone thinks he's 6+ years older). He's more experienced than the entire Avengers team (minus Captain America, maybe), and Iron Man and Daredevil are his mentees now.
My thoughts
I just binged this despite barely knowing shit about Marvel (I rarely read Spiderman fics) but this fic has officially set a new standard. I don't think I can ever go back to nervous fanboy Peter, this is just way too good! An absolute must read if you're a sucker for BAMF main characters like I am, even if you're not a huge Marvel fan.

Tanjiro was turned into a demon, and Muzan let the rest of his family live. He was sure that the boy would wake up and devour everyone, thoroughly sullying Yoriichi's legacy. Tanjiro did no such thing. Tomioka Giyu did not pay a visit to the Kamado family until well over a year later, and with these small but significant differences, everything changed.

AU premise: What if Tanjiro was turned by Muzan, and his family lived? BAMF (seriously) demon king Tanjiro.
My thoughts
A light and easy read, if you can keep track of the sheer amount of characters 😆 Tanjiro keeps turning and/or saving everyone, gathering an entire army. Demon!Tanjiro that's not a roleswap AU is surprisingly rare, so I'm very glad this exists, even if it's unfinished. Nezuko did annoy me, a lot... But that's probably just our personalities clashing. I've read this fic about 3 times now, I like it!
