I AM NO LONGER WORKING ON THIS FIC
Heavily divergent from canon, but only in terms of story. Characters personalities (excluding maybe Leo, and definitely Draxum) stay the same, as does basically everything else about them.
The AU where one of the turtles is not recovered from Draxum's lab and is instead raised by him.
Upon being re-united with three of his previously missing turtles, Draxum assigns a task to his fourth, whom he has raised since creation.
He must persuade his brothers to join their creator.
But the simple assignment finds itself askew when various complications arise, and the set conditions of Draxum's request call for a few, albeit drastic, alterations.
