Summary
A woman with a mysterious past comes to Atlantis and catches the eye of John Sheppard. Is she what she seems to be, or something entirely different...and dangerous?
Version 2.0 Update finished!“Try not to break any more of my men, Dr. Baran,” Sheppard said sternly.
“I didn’t actually break the first one, Colonel,” EJ raised an eyebrow as she spoke in a matter-of-fact tone, “I merely caused some minor damage.”
Sheppard felt the smile twitching onto his face again, “Try not to damage anyone else then.”
“I will make an effort,” EJ gave Sheppard an assessing glance, “But no promises.”
She stepped into a nearby transporter and disappeared.
Sheppard fell into step with his second, “So…Evan, huh? I see you two are getting close.”
“Not like you think, sir.”
“How do you know how I think, Lorne?”
“She reminds me of my youngest sister quite a bit. Funny, in an odd, sarcastic sort of way. EJ is actually really nice once you get to know her.”
“Unless you grab her, what was it, backside?” Sheppard asked dryly.
“Unless you grab her backside, sir,” Lorne smiled widely, “Other than that, she’s nice.”
“I’m sure,” Sheppard drawled.Series

Summary
John ends up telepathically bonded to an Ancient City. And his team. And his boss. And his girlfriend. He swears his life was normal before all this.
As John started his pre-flight check, Jack leaned over and asked, “Do I want to know?”
John rolled his eyes, “Knives, sir.”
“Knives?” Jack looked back at EJ, then leaned over a bit further to look at Ronon, both of them grinning as he surveyed them.
“Where are they putting them all?” Jack wondered.
“I really don’t know, sir,” John said seriously, “I’m kind of afraid to ask.”
“General O’Neill, Special Agent Baran, AR-1,” Woolsey’s voice came over the radio, “Send someone to update me with your progress in six hours.”
“Six hours, got it,” John responded easily as he powered up the jumper.
'Bring back drones, Imperator. My current stock is woefully inadequate.'
'I'll do my best,' John agreed with a grin.
'We’ll be back soon, Atlantis,' EJ assured her, 'Play nice with the others while we’re gone.'
'I always ‘play nice’,' came the haughty reply, 'I believe I will spend some time with my Historicus. He seems to be the most appreciative of our bond.'
The Caretakers laughed as the jumper went through the gate.Series

Summary
When a traitor threatens the SGC and Atlantis, John goes back to Earth to protect his family.
“You keep saying 'they',” Cameron commented, “I thought it was just the one CIA guy.”
“It is unlikely one man could coordinate an attack such as this,” Teal'c spoke evenly.
“Four people minimum,” EJ considered, “CIA, IOA, two go-betweens. And that's just for planning. That doesn't include whoever they contracted for the hits and whatever goons they've hired for protection. Someone in the IOA had to have leaked the intel, because the CIA doesn't normally have access to information like that otherwise.”
“What do we do now?” Landry prompted.
EJ took a deep, bracing breath, “The easiest way to get what we want is to give them what they want.”
“No,” John said flatly.
“I have a plan,” EJ turned to him.
“I’m sure you do,” John's hazel-green eyes sharpened as he met her violet gaze, “I’m also pretty sure that it’s a terrible plan.”
“You haven’t even heard it yet,” EJ protested, raising her voice slightly, “Can you at least pretend to listen before you assume it’s a terrible plan?”
“Nope,” John replied swiftly.
The argument deteriorated from there.Series

Summary
NCIS investigates the death of a Marine officer involved in a classified program.
“Anything else, General?” Vance asked.
“Both Colonel Sheppard and Dr. Baran are authorized to carry their personal weapons at all times,” O’Neill's expression turned not-quite-serious, “Do not attempt to disarm either of them for any reason. It will not end well for you. Or me. Do you have any idea of the sheer amount of paperwork I'll have to do if those two yahoos injure your agents? Master Sergeant Thomas won't let me leave my office for a week.”
“I’ll keep that in mind,” Gibbs replied.
“Thanks for your cooperation,” O’Neill grinned, “Oh, don’t bother to call the new SecNav, Director. She hasn't been read into the program yet.”
O’Neill reached forward and the screen cut-off.
“Interesting,” Vance turned to Gibbs, “Thoughts?”
“I think Lt. Baumann was involved in black ops,” Gibbs said, “And I think General O’Neill is a dangerous man.”
"He seemed pretty easy-going," Vance pointed out.
"I'm sure he wanted us to think that, Leon," Gibbs replied.
“Better go pick up his people,” Vance agreed, "Be careful. I'll make a couple calls and see if I can find out what the General does exactly."Series

Summary
Meeting an old friend on vacation leads to an interesting turn of events for the Five-O team and a week they'll never forget.
“Danny Williams, Chin Ho Kelly,” John motioned to each of them, “and-”
“Lieutenant Steve McGarrett,” the blonde finished for him, “Nice to meet you all. I’m EJ Sheppard.”
“Lieutenant Commander, actually,” Steve’s face scrunched up in confusion, “Do I know you? You seem really familiar.”
“You know him, Emma?” John asked curiously.
“His SEAL team pulled me out of Afghanistan,” EJ took a small sip of her drink.
“Oh, yeah?” John dropped his arm over the back of her chair, “Which time?”
“The fourth time,” EJ leaned back against his arm.
“Which time?” Danny asked incredulously, “You’ve had SEAL teams pull you out of Afghanistan more than once?”
“Yeah, half a dozen times,” EJ replied dismissively.
“I remember you now,” Steve expression twisted into a scowl, “You head-butted my Chief Petty Officer.”
“You head-butted a SEAL?” John laughed.
“Most of my fingers were broken at the time,” EJ shrugged, “and my legs were still tied to the chair.”Series

Summary
Kazbaby asked for John's POV when he was under Pele's care during the story 'Honeymoon', so here it is.
John’s gun clicked empty as the woman got closer.
"They’re going to take me again, Emma," John spoke calmly into her mind, "We agreed on three days, don’t forget."
"John, no," Emma replied, fear easily heard in her tone, "Please, don’t make me do this."
"I think Pele’s here," John informed Emma as the woman in white stepped over the glass, coming close to John, "I don’t have much of a choice."
The woman in white breathed a red gas in John’s face and he struggled against the feeling in his mind.
John felt the connection in his mind go blank, nothing on the other end, when he could no longer struggle against the hold on his mind. He stood straight, watching uninterested as the woman in white leaned into the car to retrieve the phone Kono had dropped on the ground after the impact from the mini-van.
“He belongs to me now, Antiquitas,” the woman spoke into the phone, “I have left the others alive but unconscious. They belong to my islands, after all. Say goodbye, handsome.”
The woman held the phone up to John, “Goodbye, Emmaline.”Series

Summary
The story of how Brad Colbert was recruited to the SGC and Atlantis.
“Hitman Two-One Alpha, this is Hitman Two-Actual,” Nate’s voice came over the radio, “Sit-rep.”
“A…person just landed on my truck, sir,” Brad supplied, stepping out of the Humvee, gun held ready in front of him, “Armed, but appears friendly.”
Brad glanced at the hood of the Humvee as he spoke, noting the smear of red blood, “Also injured. Suggest you bring the corpsman up here for more information, sir.”
“Roger that,” Nate agreed carefully, “On our way.”
The woman looked down at her Kevlar, pulling two slugs out of the fabric and dropping them to the ground, “What the fuck is a Marine unit doing here? No one is scheduled to be in this part of the city until tomorrow.”
“I can’t speak to that, ma’am,” Brad continued evenly, “What are you doing here?”
“I’m getting shot out of a third story window by an asshole with an AK and getting questioned by what appears to be a fucking six and a half foot Viking carrying an M4 with some admittedly nice optics that I’d like to get my hands on,” the woman looked up, her angry violet eyes meeting Brad’s, “What the fuck does it look like I’m doing?”Series

Summary
The story of what happens when Rodney touches things he shouldn't.
“Danny, my hands are full,” EJ said sweetly, “Would you mind?”
“Sure,” Daniel grinned, then turned to Rodney and slugged him in the arm.
“OW!” Rodney exclaimed, “What was that for?”
“Pushing buttons,” EJ and Daniel stuck their tongues out at him.
“I think you bruised my arm,” Rodney whined at Daniel, “You don’t always have to do what she says, you know.”
“Don’t be such a baby, Rod,” Daniel rolled his eyes, “You’re fine.”
“It was a love tap,” EJ insisted, “You want me to hit you for real so you can see the difference?”
“No,” Rodney scrambled behind Daniel, pushing him towards EJ, “I really, really, really don’t. Danny, make her leave me alone.”
“If I take the three of you to the cafeteria for some lunch before we go the conference room,” Sheppard sighed heavily, “will the comedy routine end?”
The three of them exchanged quick glances before turning back to Sheppard.
“Maybe?” EJ smiled.
“Probably,” Daniel shrugged.
“If there’s jello,” Rodney nodded.
“Blue jello,” Daniel specified.
“Yeah,” EJ agreed, “We’ll behave if we get blue jello.”Series
