His paintbrush is still poised over the intricate wing of a warbler he’s been painting bathing itself in a shallow dish. He’s going through a bird thing right now, all of them have some sort of art of a robin at this point, which was the catalyst to the whole thing.
“I, uh… Dick let you tie him up?” Jason asks, voice unhelpfully strained.

Summary
