“This is okay, right?” He was frowning. “You don’t want anything more?”
Lindsay was still drinking her coffee. Her friends had posted photos of their night out, and she was having an animated online discussion about whether the bartender was hot. “No,” she said serenely. “I’m just using you for sex.”
Jess looked at her for a moment, impassive. Then a corner of his mouth twitched into a smile. “See you next time,” he said, and left.
