   Summary

   Two women are forced to be reborn again and again as they fight to prove their love defies time, mortality, doctrine, and whatever control the afterlife deity ever believed he possessed over Bea and Francesca's fate.

   Inspired by Dante's "Inferno," and Hozier's song, "Francesca," this story was written as a mirror for my beloved fellow queers to see themselves and their lived experiences lovingly and respectfully represented in media. I also wish for this story to be a window for allies, and soon-to-be-allies, to get a glimpse into the very real fears, hopes, dreams, and experiences of the LGBTQ+ community.

   I was able to present Andrew Hozier-Byrne a copy of this exact script during his concert in Salt Lake City, Utah, on August 1, 2025. He spoke with me about this story and accepted the copy as a gift! The proof-of-concept short film, "Francesca," was released on February 16, 2026. A rewrite of the feature-length script will commence over the next year or two, with eventual efforts for the feature film to be made.
