Summary
Ever since Kenny McCormick moved next door into the Broflovski household, his primary goal has been getting underneath Butters’ skin. It starts off as light teasing. Their bedroom windows face each other, a startling fact Butters realizes when Kenny first moves in, and Butters, who isn’t used to having a window mate, walks into his room to change with nothing but a towel around his waist.
