Summary
Khaslana is the youngest son of the Lord Ravagers, a prolific family of assassins - with one unique caveat from the rest. Born with the curse of Irontomb, the day finally arrives where the dormant curse awakens within him. And with it, his new assigned destiny: To hunt down and kill an existence that was only just a rumor - the blessed child of Nous, Anaxagoras.
But when fate brings them together, Khaslana cannot bring himself to kill him… Or allow anyone else for that matter. A realization that perhaps, the curse had never been dormant at all - and Anaxa, the man he swore to kill, has rekindled the dead flame that is his heart.
He now has a new purpose of existence that he wishes to take instead. But as they cross paths more often and try to defy their predestined fates, it becomes more apparent. What can be more cruel: the curse inside of him, or his desperation and willingness to go at any lengths to keep the very being he swore to destroy all for himself?
