Chapter Text

Nessa sighed as she hummed the tune playing from the nearby gramophone. She picked a handful of rolled up silver ware as she placed it in her apron pocket and picked up some menus as she tore off a used page in her order pad getting to a clean page and placed her runic pencil behind her ear.

Moonstone stood at her feet purring as he rubbed against her legs as his pentagram collar pendent jingled as his tail curled around her legs.

Nessa chuckled as she knelt down and petted him as she smiled. “Got to get to work Moonstone.” She stood up as she walked out into the dining room as she waved through the tabled as she stepped just inside the witch section’

Cornelia sat up in a high back wooden chair with her legs crossed. She tucked a long strand of black hair behind her ear, under her wide-brimmed, stylish black witch hat with wide band and a raven feather and sprig of nightshade tucked in the side as she showed her silver runic crescent moon earrings. A pentagram pendent dangled around her neck.

Her stylish black broom hung on the hook and her ebony wood wooden staff leaned against the table. On top of the table was a stylish but gothic looking spell notebook.

Wicca was her familiar it was a black raven that was perched on the windowsill.

Nessa raised an eyebrow and chuckled as she walked over to the table as she placed the menu down. “Hello.”

Cornelia looked over at Nessa as she smiled and cackled as she twirled a strand of black hair with tapered fingernail adorned with black nail polish. “Good afternoon.”

Nessa chuckled as she pulled out her order pad and picked up her pencil. “Can I get you anything to drink?”

Cornelia cackled as she smiled and picked up the menu. “Yes, I want a Mystic mule cocktail.”

Nessa chuckled as she jotted down the drink. “I'll go get that drink.” She walked out of the witch section as she headed to the kitchen

Cornelia cackled as smiled and opened up her spell notebook to page that had a spell written black, fancy calligraphy with gothic motifs.

Nessa stepped over to the kitchen door as she poured ginger beer with a bit of potion-vodka in a tall glass and some lunar elixir spirit and mystic herbs and added some of her enchanted ice cubes. She walked back into the witch section as she sat it down. “Here you go.”

Cornelia cackled as she picked up her glass sipping it as she glanced at Ness raising an eyebrow. “My appearance doesn’t startle you? Most are wary of me.”
